Quick Simple Games · last updated 7 November 2026
Quick Simple Games runs the games at quicksimplegames.com: Sudoku, Daily Word, Daily Unscramble, The Copinsay Mystery, Chenga Po and Bouquet Quest. This page explains what we record when you play, why, and for how long.
When you open or play one of our games, the page tells us:
With each of these we keep:
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| A random ID | Made up the first time you play, kept in a cookie called qsg_vid, and the same
across all our games. It is not linked to your name, email or phone. |
| Your country | Worked out from your internet address. We do not store the address itself. |
| Device type | Phone, tablet or computer. |
We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
To count how many people play each game, how many come back, and which games they move between, so we can decide what to improve and build next.
Separately from the record above, each game's server keeps what it needs to run the game: for example the name you type to join a multiplayer room, a room code and your seat, or today's progress in a daily puzzle. These are deleted when the game no longer needs them.
Records are deleted automatically 13 months after your last visit. The cookie expires 13 months after your last visit too. Deleting the cookie in your browser settings gives you a new random ID; the games keep working.
On Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India.
